Our Programs

Remote Access Program — $5,000 per month. Your organization has a dedicated Beyond the Boardroom Concierge Consultant available to up to five designated leaders or employees. They handle travel coordination, restaurant reservations, errand management, vendor sourcing, gift and recognition program support, and task coordination — operating at a white-glove standard with complete discretion. The program includes up to 30 organizational requests per month, a monthly check-in report, and a dedicated response window of four business hours Monday through Friday.

Embedded Presence Program — $9,500 per month. Everything in the Remote Access Program has been expanded to fifteen designated employees with scheduled on-site presence. Your BTB Concierge Consultant becomes a visible, known, and trusted resource within your organization — coordinating new executive arrivals, managing employee engagement touchpoints, handling workplace experience details, and serving as the connective tissue between what your organization promises its people and what they actually experience every day. This program includes a bi-monthly strategic check-in to assess program performance and identify where additional value can be created.
