Lindsay Maxwell-Stewart is the Founder and CEO of Beyond the Boardroom and Alexander Recruiting, LLC. With more than two decades of experience spanning hospitality, operations, executive search, higher education and organizational leadership, she brings a distinctive perspective to corporate experience management.
A Certified Concierge Professional and National Concierge Association board leader, Lindsay combines strategic thinking with the art of hospitality and concierge-level service.
Beyond her professional work, Lindsay is actively engaged in philanthropy, community service and nonprofit board leadership. Her involvement includes initiatives supporting working women, youth development, education and career readiness.
