Lindsay Maxwell-Stewart's career has consistently lived at the intersection of people, hospitality, leadership and orchestration. Her experience spans more than two decades of designing, supporting and producing meaningful experiences across hospitality, higher education, executive search, organizational leadership and VIP moments.
Long before Beyond the Boardroom, her work included professional event planning in hospitality, institutional galas, executive-facing engagements and the careful coordination of experiences where relationships, reputation and details mattered.
Her instinct is to see the whole experience: who needs to be involved, what is missing, what the environment should communicate, what may go wrong and how people should feel when the moment is over.
Years in executive search deepened that perspective by placing Lindsay in close proximity to senior leaders, boards and organizations making consequential decisions. Today, she brings that executive fluency together with an experienced operations and hospitality lens to lead the initiatives, transitions and significant moments organizations cannot afford to treat as ordinary.
