Lindsay Maxwell-Stewart
Lindsay Maxwell-Stewart is the Founder and CEO of Alexander Recruiting, LLC and Beyond the Boardroom. Her career has consistently centered on bringing people, environments, details and relationships together around moments that matter.
Her hospitality and event experience spans more than two decades, beginning with professional event planning at B. Smith's restaurant and expanding across higher education, institutional environments, galas, executive-facing engagements, leadership gatherings, VIP moments and other high-touch experiences requiring discretion, coordination and thoughtful hospitality.
Through Alexander Recruiting, Lindsay has also recruited senior leadership talent, conducted confidential executive searches, advised organizations navigating important hiring decisions and built trusted relationships with executives, boards and institutional leaders. That work sharpened her understanding of leadership, culture, stakeholder dynamics and the human experience surrounding consequential decisions.
Her work is grounded in orchestration: understanding the objective, seeing the full experience, anticipating what may go wrong, aligning the right people and partners, and ensuring the final experience reflects the importance of the moment.
Service is also part of her professional foundation. Lindsay currently holds executive board and active board positions and contributes her time, leadership and experience to philanthropic, educational and community-focused initiatives centered on service, stewardship and meaningful impact.
