We have over 15 years of combined HR, Healthcare and Organizational Management experience. Lindsay Stewart, President & Founder

Over the past decade, Lindsay has worked in the staffing and recruiting industry. Breathing life and building confidence in others is a passion of hers. She loves helping clients recognize, appreciate and own the value they bring to the next employer, while providing exceptional guidance in today's ever-changing job market. She has coached 1300+ individuals on resume writing and career coaching strategies to elevate their chances of "landing that sought after" job. Within weeks after working with her, individuals have experienced success by obtaining their new job or learned strategies for success to accomplish their career goals. Aside from her role as a Career Coach, She has placed qualified candidates within exceptional organizations servicing diverse industries. Her goal was to start a boutique firm that was client and relationship-building focused. A firm that reflected her years of unwavering customer service. This ultimately encouraged her to start Alexander Recruiting, LLC. Outside of networking and meeting new clients, She spends her time being a wife to her husband of 13 ½ years, and raising their two active children. She enjoys a nice cup of coffee, saving fashionable images on Pinterest, and a good brunch on Sundays.

Stephanie Jones, Sr. Editor

Stephanie holds a B.A. in Communication from Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL and a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. Her dedication, commitment and more than 10 years of client service and account management have been felt on a variety of CPG brands including ones within the Kraft Heinz, Mondelez, Tyson Foods and Wells Enterprises companies. Stephanie is known both professionally and informally as a grammar nerd, and finds great satisfaction in executing with precision. Stephanie oversees all editorial & LinkedIn profile projects. Outside of her passion for grammar and brand building, Stephanie enjoys meeting new people, traveling, cake decorating, crocheting and spending time with her family, especially her three beloved nieces.
