Josh Boyed-Sr. Recruiter

With a background deeply rooted in non-profit recruiting, Josh began his career as a University Recruiter for an international children's camp, Camp Sonshine. He traveled domestically and internationally for the role across the Midwest and internationally as far as Australia. His professional journey led him to explore roles in sales at WeWork, where he played a pivotal role in opening multiple new buildings as a Community Account Manager in both DC and Los Angeles. During the pandemic, Josh transitioned back to his passion for recruiting and contributed to Netflix's talent acquisition team, handling diverse roles from internships, contingent, finance, operations, and new grads to executive positions. Most recently, he brought his expertise to a boutique recruitment agency specializing in hospitality recruitment, where he successfully managed a 360-recruitment desk.

As our Senior Recruiter, Josh will be responsible for developing and executing detailed search strategies, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for national searches across all levels of higher education, non-profit, corporate, and independent schools—executive and mid-level positions.

Beyond his role as a Senior Recruiter, Josh is deeply passionate about the candidate's experience and connecting people with purposeful work. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. In addition to being a Senior Recruiter, he is also a Job Coach committed to educating and informing candidates about the nuances of their job search.

Originally from the DMV area (DC, MD, VA), Josh loves small farm coffee, exploring chess openings, and engaging in casual sports in city leagues.
