A boutique firm with over a decade of placements at the Director to C-Suite level across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, corporate, entertainment, and faith-based sectors. Every search is conducted on retainer. Every engagement is personal.
Beyond the Boardroom is the DBA under which our concierge practice operates — executive transition and integration support, white-glove relocation, corporate onboarding experience design, lifestyle management, signature events, and private client services. Every engagement is delivered by a dedicated team member personally selected and trained for your situation.
