Alexander Recruiting, LLC is the retained executive search practice that anchors this work. A boutique firm with over a decade of placements at the Director to C-Suite level across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, corporate, entertainment, and faith-based sectors. Every search is conducted on retainer. Every engagement is personal.

Beyond the Boardroom is the DBA under which our concierge practice operates — executive transition and integration support, white-glove relocation, corporate onboarding experience design, lifestyle management, signature events, and private client services. Every engagement is delivered by a dedicated team member personally selected and trained for your situation.

The two practices are inseparable by design. That is what makes this different from anything else in the market.

We are based in Houston, Texas, and serve clients nationwide. Travel is available.
